Koenigsegg Agera launched in India at Rs.12.5 crore

2011 Koenigseg Agera Super Car

Swedish supercar the Koenigsegg Agera is now officially on sale in India. The Veyron category hypercar, the Swedish Supercar into India is brought by the promoters of the Indigo Airlines, InterGlobe General Aviation, brought  and will retail at a whopping Rs. 12.5 crores.
The Agera is a worthy successor Koenigsegg’s previous supercar the CCX. It is powered by a 910bhp 4.7-litre V8 engine which can propel it from 0-100kph in just 3 seconds. The Agera promises Veyron like exclusivity and performance at a significantly lesser price. the Agera encloses a 5 liter twin-turbo engine that produces 910 Bhp of power and 1000 Nm of torque. It can hit a top speed of just under 400kph. Since there aren’t the roads in India to experience this kind of performance, the Agera with its on-board satellite navigation system, G force meter, power display, lap-timer and compasses can help you find and conquer a nearby race circuit.
